Menu: 

Day 1/Day 8:
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs, 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, coffee
Lunch: 3 boiled eggs, 1 toast, coffee
Dinner: 3 boiled eggs, vegetable salad (no dressing)

Day 2/Day 9:
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 grapefruit, coffee
Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, coffee
Dinner: 100g beef steak, tomatoes, celery, cabbage, coffee

Day 3/Day 10:
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 grapefruit, coffee
Lunch: vegetable salad (no dressing), 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, coffee
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 125g chicken breast, tomatoes, celery, cabbage, coffee

Day 4/Day 11:
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 grapefruit, coffee
Lunch: vegetable salad (no dressing), 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, coffee
Dinner: 3 boiled eggs, 3 cubes of cheese, spinach, coffee

Day 5/Day 12: 
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, coffee
Lunch: 3 boiled eggs, 1 toast, spinach, coffee
Dinner: 100g grilled salmon, vegetable salad (no dressing), 1 toast, coffee

Day 6/Day 13:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 grapefruit, 1 toast, coffee
Lunch: fruit salad, coffee
Dinner: 100g beef steak, tomatoes, celery, coffee

Day 7/Day 14:
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 grapefruit, coffee
Lunch: 100g chicken breast, tomatoes, celery, 1 grapefruit, coffee
Dinner: 100g chicken breast, cabbage, tomatoes, celery, 1 grapefruit, coffee


Also called the miracle diet, this diet is one that actually works in my opinion...ONLY IF you follow everything on the menu! I tried it once, gave up on the 3rd day but still lost 5lbs. But be careful, it does come back if you binge eat afterwards... 

If you REALLY want to lose weight and you don't have any dinner dates for the next 14 days, do it! You certainly won't regret it~~!!
